1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the jlibet website and services, including all games, wallet functions, promotions, customer support interactions, and any other features made available through the jlibet platform.

3 Account Security

In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail for that specific promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

8 Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use jlibet's intellectual property for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without prior written consent.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any jlibet content without explicit written permission from jlibet. Unauthorised use of jlibet intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, jlibet's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlibet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Temporary service interruptions or scheduled maintenance;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine banks;
• Technical failures or errors outside jlibet's reasonable control;
• Loss of winnings arising from game malfunction where stakes have been refunded; or
• A player's failure to comply with these Terms.

jlibet does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from malicious code. Players access and use the jlibet platform at their own risk.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

jlibet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account will be subject to review and may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is found, legitimate player balances will be returned within a reasonable period following identity verification.

A player may close their own jlibet account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of jlibet shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, players are required to submit a complaint in writing to jlibet's support team. jlibet will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal processes, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing litigation.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of jlibet following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
